New App Mom2Mom Helps Parents and Young Performers Navigate the Entertainment Industry
Many parents face challenges when supporting a child's dream of acting and entertainment. To help families navigate the realities of the industry, find legitimate opportunities, and avoid scams, the platform Mom2Mom provides critical resources, education, and guidance. Founder Jamonie Lee and rising young actress Lori'el joined the set to discuss how the support system helps families make informed decisions.
Lee was inspired to create Mom2Mom through her own personal journey as a mother managing her daughter's career. She developed the app to simplify the process for parents entering the entertainment field, ensuring they work with legitimate professionals and avoid the common mistakes made by families navigating the industry without a guide.
Lori'el, who has already landed roles in a Taylor Swift music video and a Buffalo Wild Wings commercial, described the experience of seeing herself on television as surreal. She highlighted the discipline and hard work required behind the scenes and shared that her career has taught her that patience and commitment are essential for the long journey, noting that she has become more adaptable and confident than she realized.
Mom2Mom functions as a full support system to build confidence for both parents and young performers. Viewers interested in learning more about the journey and available resources can find information at www.shalokrowns.com.
