Cathedral City ‘Bullhorn Bully’ Cited, Case Sent to Riverside DA
In a major development in a case The Roggin Report has been exclusively covering, Cathedral City police have issued a citation to the woman known as the “bullhorn bully” for maliciously and willfully disturbing another person using offensive language in a public space—words that police say were likely to provoke a violent reaction.
The ongoing saga has sparked outrage in the community as the woman has been repeatedly heard shouting racial and homophobic slurs through a bullhorn. Residents have demanded action, and now, law enforcement has taken the first step.
The criminal case has been referred to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, which will now determine what charges to file.
This marks a turning point in the controversy, as frustrated neighbors and community advocates have called for legal consequences. As the DA reviews the case, all eyes remain on what happens next in this heated dispute.
