Free Yoga Classes at Cathedral City Amphitheater Every Tuesday Morning
Residents and visitors of Cathedral City are invited to participate in free yoga classes held every Tuesday morning at the Cathedral City Amphitheater. These sessions, organized by the Cathedral City Parks & Community Events Commission, aim to promote health and wellness within the community.
The weekly schedule includes two distinct classes:
Gentle Yoga: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Power Yoga: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Gentle Yoga is designed for beginners or those seeking a more relaxed practice, focusing on basic poses and stretching. Power Yoga caters to individuals looking for a more vigorous workout, emphasizing strength and endurance. Both classes are led by experienced instructors who ensure that participants of all fitness levels feel welcome and supported.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, wear comfortable attire, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the session begins. The open-air setting of the amphitheater provides a serene environment, allowing attendees to connect with nature while engaging in their practice.
These complimentary classes are part of Cathedral City's ongoing efforts to foster community engagement and promote a healthy lifestyle among its residents.
