Patsy's Promise Nears Halfway Mark in Campaign for Boys & Girls Club Van
An inspiring local fundraising campaign is gaining momentum. Cathedral City drag personality Patsy Cokin is nearly halfway to the goal of securing a new van for the Boys and Girls Club of Cathedral City through the ongoing Patsy’s Promise campaign.
The much-needed vehicle will replace aging transportation at the club and allow it to expand its outreach to two additional Cathedral City schools—helping more local students benefit from after-school support, mentorship, and enrichment programs.
Support has already come from generous local contributors, including Bighorn Golf Charities, Fraser Pest Control, and a local insurance agency. But more donations are still needed to reach the finish line.
NBC Palm Springs is proud to be a sponsor of this community-driven initiative. The van itself has already been identified, and once fully funded, it will play a vital role in serving even more children and families in the area.
