First-Ever Non-Profit Fair Coming to The Shops at Palm Desert
The Shops at Palm Desert are inviting the community to take part in their first-ever non-profit fair, happening August 29. The event is being held in partnership with the YMCA and the Academy of Musical Performance, aiming to bring residents together with local organizations making a difference.
Guests will have the opportunity to connect with groups dedicated to causes such as animal welfare, health and wellness, food access, and family support. Organizers say the fair is designed to help residents find ways to get involved—whether by volunteering, donating, or simply learning more about the important work being done in the Coachella Valley.
“This is a great chance for people to discover how they can give back to their community,” event partners said. “We want to make it easy for everyone to find a cause they care about and take that first step toward making a difference.”
The non-profit fair is open to all and will feature information booths, interactive displays, and opportunities to sign up for upcoming initiatives.
