“Dog Days” Return to Living Desert Zoo with Pup-Friendly Adventure
The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is welcoming back its popular “Dog Days” event, giving visitors the rare opportunity to explore the zoo alongside their four-legged companions.
The special event invites guests and their dogs to enjoy a unique “sniffari” experience through designated areas of the park. Organizers say the event is designed to provide enrichment for both pets and zoo animals by encouraging natural behaviors in a safe and carefully monitored environment.
Beyond the novelty, “Dog Days” is also meant to celebrate the strong bond between people and their dogs. Attendees can enjoy a shared outdoor experience while taking in the zoo’s exhibits in a way that’s not typically offered.
Due to its strong popularity, the event will be held on select dates this spring: March 30, April 17, and May 3. Each date is expected to draw significant interest from pet owners across the region.
Zoo officials encourage those interested to purchase tickets in advance and review event guidelines on the zoo’s website. With limited dates and high demand, “Dog Days” continues to be a standout seasonal event for animal lovers in the Inland Empire.
