Y2K-Themed Skate Night Rolls Into Cathedral City at Iceplex
The Berger Foundation Iceplex in Cathedral City is taking guests back in time with a Y2K-themed skate night event tonight from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Organizers say the evening will feature a live DJ spinning early 2000s hits, along with themed photo opportunities and surprise giveaways throughout the night.
Guests are encouraged to dress in Y2K-inspired outfits such as denim looks, rhinestones, and butterfly clips. Those who participate in the theme will receive free skate rentals.
The event will also include multiple prize giveaways, including concert tickets to see Shakira at Acrisure Arena.
The skating rink event is designed to blend nostalgia with community entertainment, offering residents a themed night out in Cathedral City.
Organizers say the event is open to the public and aims to bring families and friends together for an interactive and festive experience centered around early 2000s culture.
