Eddie V’s Palm Desert Offers Luxury Seafood and Steak at a Lower Price During Happy Hour

A high-end dining experience doesn't always have to come with a high-end price tag.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood on El Paseo in Palm Desert is offering guests a chance to enjoy upscale seafood, steak, wine and cocktails while taking advantage of special pricing during its daily “Eddie’s Hours.”

From 4 to 6 p.m. daily, guests can find deals on hand-shaken cocktails, seafood, steak and wine at the restaurant.

Managing Partner Aaron Rodriguez says the goal is to give guests an elevated dining experience while also encouraging them to explore more of the restaurant’s menu.

“It's just an experience,” Rodriguez said.

Eddie V’s also features live jazz seven nights a week, along with live piano music. The combination of food, drinks and live entertainment is designed to give diners an experience that goes beyond the meal itself.

The restaurant also offers its “Golden Nights” feature, which pairs fine wines with a lobster roll.

During the segment, Rodriguez highlighted one of the featured wines alongside Eddie V’s lobster roll and lobster blanc.

The restaurant's menu includes a variety of seafood and steak selections, as well as an extensive wine list.

With its location along El Paseo and its combination of upscale dining, entertainment and special pricing, Eddie V’s is giving Palm Desert diners another way to enjoy a luxury dining experience without necessarily paying the full price.
