Coachella Man Arrested for Selling Marijuana Vape Pens to Minors
A Coachella man is facing serious charges after being linked to the sale of marijuana vape pens to students in the Palm Desert area.
Authorities say 27-year-old Rodolfo Rodrigo Guillen was arrested on April 24th after investigators executed a search warrant at his home. The investigation was launched following a noticeable increase in marijuana vape pen possession among juveniles in the Palm Desert community.
Guillen now faces multiple charges, including the sale of a controlled substance to minors. Officials say the case underscores growing concerns about the ease of access young people have to vaping products containing marijuana.
Law enforcement agencies are continuing efforts to crack down on those supplying minors with controlled substances, warning that violations will result in serious criminal charges.

A judge has officially dropped a second degree murder charge against former Silvercrest CEO William Frank Rodriguez due to insufficient evidence.
