The American Express Returns to PGA West, Bringing PGA Tour Stars and Live Concerts
The The American Express is once again returning to the Coachella Valley this week, bringing world-class golf and live entertainment to PGA West and La Quinta Country Club.
Top PGA Tour players are in town, including current world number one Scottie Scheffler, who has made the tournament a regular stop throughout his career. While official competition tees off Thursday, the excitement began earlier this week with the popular Pro-Am event, where ticket holders had the chance to play alongside PGA Tour professionals.
The tournament is hosted across multiple courses, including PGA West and La Quinta Country Club, continuing a long-standing tradition that draws golf fans and visitors from across the country.
Beyond the fairways, the event also offers live music. Concerts are scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights, with Old Dominion and OneRepublic set to perform on-site, turning the tournament into a full weekend experience.
Organizers say the combination of elite golf, fan access through Pro-Am play, and live entertainment continues to make The American Express one of the most popular PGA Tour stops of the season, while also providing a significant boost to the local economy.
