Attorney Walter Clark joined the segment to explain how the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act passed after 9/11 affects today's claims. He noted that while insurers must offer terrorism coverage, most small business owners decline it—either unaware of the exclusion or opting out due to costs. He encouraged owners to revisit their contracts and seek legal review, especially if coverage wasn’t properly offered.
