Going Green the Delicious Way
When you hear “going green,” you might think eco-friendly, but what about gut-friendly? In this fun and flavorful episode of Wellness Wednesday, Starky Sowers joins us to show how going green can start in your kitchen—with easy, energizing, and ultra-tasty foods.
🥗 Starky whips up a vibrant spring salad packed with kale, chard, arugula, blueberries, avocado, and a dash of Bragg seasoning (plus a surprise sweet twist with dates!). It’s a powerhouse mix of antioxidants, nutrients, and flavor.
🌱 He also dives into super greens powders made from spirulina, chlorella, and cereal grasses—sharing the cool backstory of a techie who relaunched his grandfather’s green supplement legacy.
🧃 And don’t miss the kombucha segment! Sarky introduces us to his favorite brand (hint: Synergy) with a sparkling, soda-like fizz that’s amazing for your gut biome and energy levels. Trust us—you’ll want to try this!
If you’ve been struggling to eat healthier or get more greens in your day, this video proves it can be simple, satisfying, and seriously delicious. 💚
